Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of Xavier Studio, including its website, developer tools, account system, product/license services, asset delivery, and integrations with platforms such as Roblox, Google, and Discord.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using Xavier Studio, you agree to these Terms and to comply with applicable law and the rules of any third-party platform you use through Xavier Studio. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Purpose of Xavier Studio
Xavier Studio provides creator and developer utilities, account linking, license/ownership management, asset delivery, media-processing workflows, and tools that interact with supported developer APIs. Our tools are intended for lawful, authorized development and creator use.
3. Roblox integration
Roblox account linking uses Roblox's official OAuth system. The Xavier OAuth app requests only the scopes required for identity linking, currently openid profile. Xavier Studio does not require a Roblox password or .ROBLOSECURITY cookie to connect a Roblox identity.
For Xavier Spoofer asset operations, a user may choose to provide a Roblox session cookie and Open Cloud API key to the local desktop/localhost worker. Those credentials are intended to remain on that device and are not accepted by Xavier's Spoofer server API. Where a tool uses Roblox Open Cloud, the user must provide a key with permissions appropriate for the requested action. Users remain responsible for their Roblox account, Creator Dashboard permissions, API keys, uploaded assets, and compliance with Roblox policies.
4. Authorized content and assets
You may only upload, process, publish, download, distribute, or manage content that you own or have permission to use. Xavier Studio must not be used to bypass access controls, steal or redistribute protected content, impersonate another creator, evade Roblox security or moderation systems, or violate intellectual-property rights.
5. Developer tools and acceptable use
You agree not to use Xavier Studio to attack, overload, scrape abusively, exploit, interfere with, or obtain unauthorized access to Xavier Studio, Roblox, or any third-party service. Automated use must respect available limits and platform rules. We may restrict activity that threatens security, availability, other users, or third-party systems.
6. Accounts and connected services
You are responsible for maintaining control of your connected Google, Roblox, Discord, and other third-party accounts. You must not connect accounts you do not own or have authority to use. Xavier Studio may suspend or disconnect integrations where necessary to protect users, licenses, the service, or third-party platforms.
7. Products, licenses, and access
Paid or restricted Xavier Studio products may require a valid Xavier license associated with the relevant account or Roblox identity. A license does not transfer ownership of Xavier Studio source code, trademarks, or other intellectual property unless a separate written license explicitly says otherwise.
8. Third-party services
Roblox, Google, Discord, hosting providers, and other external services operate under their own terms, privacy policies, availability, and technical limits. Xavier Studio cannot guarantee that a third-party API or service will always remain available or unchanged.
9. Service availability and changes
We may maintain, update, improve, limit, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for security, platform compatibility, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or product development. We aim to keep Xavier Studio reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
10. Intellectual property
Xavier Studio branding, original software, UI, documentation, and proprietary tools remain the property of their respective Xavier Studio rights holders unless otherwise stated. Roblox trademarks, APIs, services, and platform content remain the property of Roblox Corporation or their respective owners.
11. Disclaimer and limitation
Xavier Studio is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Xavier Studio is not responsible for losses caused by third-party outages, revoked API permissions, user-provided credentials, unauthorized user content, misuse of tools, or changes made by external platforms.
12. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for abuse, fraud, unauthorized access attempts, violation of these Terms, misuse of third-party platforms, infringement claims, or conduct that materially threatens Xavier Studio or its users.
13. Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms as Xavier Studio evolves or platform/legal requirements change. The current version will remain available at https://www.xavierstudio.my.id/terms.
14. Contact
Questions regarding these Terms or Xavier Studio services can be submitted through the contact/support methods published on xavierstudio.my.id and Xavier Studio's official community channels.
